## Description

CBC USA is building a new manufacturing operation in Pryor, and we’re looking for a hands-on technician to help operate our manufacturing systems. This role is a good fit for someone with CNC or precision manufacturing experience who enjoys learning new equipment, solving problems, and doing detailed work safely.

### What you’ll do

-   Prepare and run metal additive manufacturing builds using approved instructions and settings.
-   Load and unload build plates and materials, and complete routine post-build tasks.
-   Handle metal powder and waste according to safety procedures.
-   Monitor builds, identify issues, and escalate equipment or part quality concerns.
-   Perform routine checks, cleaning, and operator-level maintenance as trained.
-   Read work instructions and drawings, complete production records, and maintain material traceability.
-   Work with engineering, quality, and maintenance as we develop and improve the process.

## Requirements

### What we’re looking for

-   Experience operating CNC equipment or other precision manufacturing machinery, or a strong technical manufacturing background.
-   Mechanical aptitude and comfort using computer-based machine controls.
-   Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain accurate records.
-   Familiarity with manufacturing drawings and basic measurement tools.
-   A strong commitment to safety, housekeeping, and quality.

Experience with metal additive manufacturing, build preparation software, or metal powder handling is helpful but not required.
