NPX is looking for a Quality Inspecto**r** to join our team! In this hands-on role, you’ll help ensure the quality and reliability of medical device components by performing incoming, in-process, and final inspections throughout the manufacturing process.

You’ll work with a variety of inspection and measurement tools, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support quality investigations and continuous improvement efforts. **RESPONSIBILITIES**

-   Support and perform inspection and testing of materials and products from incoming material through final assembly, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards
-   Conduct visual, dimensional, and/or functional inspections of raw materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products in accordance with approved specifications and applicable quality standards
-   Utilize measurement tools and equipment (e.g., pin gages, calipers, MicroVu, laser micrometers, pull testers) to verify physical dimensions and product attributes
-   Verify that all measurement equipment is within current calibration status
-   Identify, document, and segregate nonconforming materials
-   Complete quality records, reports, and documentation in accordance with GDP (Good Documentation Practices)
-   Apply and follow established sampling plans
-   Participate in problem-solving activities and contribute to process and product evaluations for continuous improvement
-   Provide data, analysis, and support to cross-functional teams as needed
-   Support site objectives related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory

## Requirements

-   High School Diploma or Equivalent
-   Minimum 6 months in medical device manufacturing – Ideally, 1+ year of experience.
-   Ability to read and interpret sampling and inspection plans
-   Good organizational and communication
-   Basic mathematics
-   Detail oriented and organized
-   General computer operations (e.g. Excel, Word)

Salary Range - $22.00-$25.00 hourly depending on skills and ability
