## Description

**Join Our Team – Roller Shutter Installation & Repair Specialists**

Newstaff are working with a long-established client specializing in the installation, servicing, and repair of **manual and motorised single roller shutters**.

We are seeking experienced professionals to join their team, working across the UK, predominantly in **shopping centres and airports**.

## Requirements

### **Role & Responsibilities**

-   Work primarily as part of a **2-man installation crew**.
-   Occasionally work **independently** for surveys and fault-finding tasks.
-   Travel **nationwide**, including overnight stays for distant locations.
-   Work may require **early starts or late finishes**.
-   Use handheld tools and drills safely and efficiently.
-   Complete **job sheets, surveys, and documentation** accurately.
-   Interact with customers **face-to-face and over the phone**.

### **Essential Requirements**

-   Minimum **2 years’ experience** installing and repairing shutters.
-   **Full UK Driving Licence** (must be 25+ due to insurance requirements).
-   **CSCS card** (required for certain sites).
-   Electrical qualifications and a **Blue Card** are preferred.
-   Excellent **communication skills**, both written and verbal.
-   Strong **attention to detail** for completing documentation, surveys, and certifications.
-   **DBS/CRC clearance** may be required for restricted sites (e.g., airports).
-   Reside within **40 minutes of Ampthill**.
