## Requirements

✔ **Ensure Smooth Operations:** Maintain perfect synchronization between multiple warehouses and the manufacturing process to avoid disruptions.  
✔ **Manage Shipment Accuracy:** Track, record, and resolve shipment deviations, ensuring supplier non-conformance issues are logged and addressed.  
✔ **Optimize Costs & Transparency:** Identify and capture exception expenses related to logistics and transport, ensuring accurate cost allocation.  
✔ **Enhance Coordination:** Collaborate with purchasing, engineering, and production teams to ensure timely deliveries and stock availability.  
✔ **Streamline Processes:** Continuously refine logistics workflows, implement best practices, and support improvements in warehouse management.

**What You’ll Need**

-   **Must-Have:  
    **✔ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a structured approach.  
    ✔ Experience in **logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordination** within a high-tech or industrial setting.  
    ✔ Proficiency in **ERP systems** and transport management tools.  
    ✔ Excellent **communication and negotiation skills**, with the ability to liaise across departments and suppliers.  
    ✔ Fluency in **English and Dutch.**
-   **Nice-to-Have:  
    **➕ Experience with **Microsoft Dynamics (MSD)** for logistics and warehouse management.  
    ➕ Knowledge of **aerospace or manufacturing supply chains**.  
    ➕ Familiarity with cost optimization strategies in logistics operations.
