## Description

99BrightMinds is seeking a talented **Product Designer (UX/UI)** to join a leading banking project. We will have strong experience designing digital banking products and customer journeys, with a particular focus on **loans, credit cards, and retail banking solutions**.

You will work closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and development teams to create intuitive, user-centered experiences that enhance customer engagement and support business objectives.

## Requirements

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

-   Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging experiences for digital banking products, particularly **loans, credit cards, and retail banking solutions**.
-   **5+ years of experience** in Product Design, UX Design, and UI Design for digital products
-   Create and maintain user journeys, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using **Figma**.
-   Translate business requirements, customer needs, and product objectives into effective digital experiences.
-   Apply UX/UI best practices, including responsive design, usability, accessibility, and interaction design principles.
-   Conduct and support user research, usability testing, design validation, and customer journey analysis to improve product experiences.
-   Collaborate closely with product managers, business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
-   Communicate design concepts, decisions, and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
-   Ensure consistency with established design systems, UI standards, and design governance practices.
-   Contribute to enterprise-scale digital banking platforms and enhance customer journeys across financial products and services.
-   Work effectively within Agile product teams in a fast-paced environment.
-   Demonstrate strong experience in **Product Design, UX Design, and UI Design** for digital products.
-   Bring previous experience within the **banking or financial services sector**, preferably working on loans, credit cards, or similar retail banking products.
-   Possess strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
-   Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period is highly preferred.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Experience designing enterprise-scale digital banking platforms.
-   Strong understanding of banking customer journeys and financial product ecosystems.
-   Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
-   Familiarity with design systems, design governance, and enterprise UX practices.
