## Description

**Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated **Analyst** with strong operational and systems expertise to provide critical support to both the **Operations** and **Chartering** teams. This role has been created to strengthen our ability to manage the increasing number of vessel calls and the growing demand for accurate, timely, and consistent operational data.

### Key Responsibilities

-   **Operational Data Management**

-   Maintain and update operational databases, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all records.
-   Track and record berth history, voyage information, and other essential operational data.
-   Develop and implement processes to improve data integrity and efficiency.

-   **Team Support**

-   Provide day-to-day assistance to Operations and Chartering teams in managing vessel activities.
-   Support chartering decisions with reliable operational insights and historical data.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance communication.

-   **Systems & Process Improvement**

-   Utilize operational systems to monitor vessel performance and identify areas for improvement.
-   Recommend and implement system enhancements to improve reporting and data management.
-   Ensure compliance with internal standards and industry best practices.

## Requirements

**Qualifications & Skills**

·         Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, Maritime Studies, or related field.

·         Strong operational and systems knowledge, preferably within shipping or logistics.

·         Proficiency in data management tools and reporting systems.

·         Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

·         Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

·         Effective communication and collaboration skills.
