Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Czech Speaking Content Moderator to join a leading social media company in Sofia. This role offers a unique chance to work in a dynamic environment with the added benefit of fully paid relocation to Sofia. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards, helping to maintain a safe and positive online experience for Czech-speaking users.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Monitor and moderate user-generated content to ensure adherence to community guidelines and policies.
-   Interact with users by addressing content-related queries and providing support.
-   Identify, flag, and escalate inappropriate or harmful content as necessary.
-   Analyze trends and help develop strategies to improve content moderation and community engagement.
-   Maintain accurate documentation of moderation actions for reporting and auditing purposes.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update and refine moderation policies.
-   Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with best practices and moderation tools.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Czech and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
-   Previous experience in content moderation, community management, or related fields is strongly preferred.
-   Good understanding of online community standards and user behavior.
-   Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-   Ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism and empathy.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia with relocation expenses fully covered.
-   Familiarity with moderation tools and social media platforms is a plus.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle content challenges effectively.
