\[Job Summary\]

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operation Coordinator to join our Supply Chain Management team.

\[Job Description\]

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

\- Coordinate end-to-end order management, including order entry, tracking, delivery scheduling, and issue resolution

\- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with partner companies to ensure timely replenishment

\- Support demand planning with sales forecast inputs

\- Communicate with logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery and resolve shipment discrepancies

\- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in internal databases and systems

\- Support customer inquiries regarding orders, delivery schedules, and product details

\- Maintain customer master data and pricing records

\- Perform all other functions requested that are within the scope of this job as deemed necessary or appropriate by manager.

\- Other duties as assigned

## Requirements

Qualified candidates must have:

\- 2+years of experience in sales operations, supply chain, logistics, or order management

\- High level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

\- Bilingual in English & Korean (conversational)

\- Ability to interact and communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and customers

\- Good organization skills
