**Job Role:** Personal Assistant

**Compensation range:** $1,500AUD - $2,000 AUD / Monthly

**Engagement type:** Independent Contractor Agreement

**Work Schedule:** This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

With a strong focus on collaboration and specialist expertise, they deliver tailored solutions across strategy, systems, and project execution—helping businesses optimise performance, strengthen capabilities, and achieve long-term growth without expanding internal resources. 

**Role Overview:** We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior leadership. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 

**Key Responsibilities:** 

-   Manage, organise and maintain correspondence, including emails and phone calls from multiple channels 
-   Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling across multiple time zones
-   Suggest, implement and execute management strategies and systems
-   Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate minutes
-   Handle email correspondence, prioritisation, and follow-ups
-   Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries
-   Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required
-   Support project coordination and assist with task tracking
-   Maintain confidential records and sensitive information with discretion
-   Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
-   Assist with personal tasks and ad hoc administrative duties

## Requirements

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

-   Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
-   Excellent organisational and time management skills
-   Strong written and verbal communication abilities
-   High level of professionalism and discretion
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools
-   Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote or hybrid setup
-   Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

**Preferred Qualifications:**

-   Experience supporting senior executives or consultants
-   Familiarity with project coordination tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar)
-   Experience working in consulting, professional services, or fast-paced environments
