### **About the role**

As a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisor, you’ll help customers with questions related to mobile services, internet and home products.

You’ll provide friendly, solution-focused support while ensuring every customer receives an excellent experience. You’ll also identify opportunities to recommend products or services that genuinely suit the customer’s needs.

**Your responsibilities will include:**

-   Providing customer support via phone
-   Assisting customers with mobile, internet and TV-related enquiries
-   Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
-   Delivering a high level of customer satisfaction
-   Identifying relevant cross-selling and upselling opportunities
-   Working closely with colleagues in an international environment

## Requirements

### **What we’re looking for**

-   Native-level Dutch (C2)
-   Good English communication skills (minimum B1)
-   Excellent communication and customer service skills
-   Commercial mindset and confidence speaking with customers
-   Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
-   Positive attitude and solution-oriented approach
-   EU passport or the legal right to live and work in Spain
