A reputed hospital in **Dubai** is seeking an experienced **Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon** with strong expertise in **hand surgery and shoulder arthroplasty**. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive orthopedic surgical care and manage complex upper-limb conditions.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Diagnose and manage a broad range of orthopedic and upper-limb conditions.
-   Perform **hand and wrist surgeries**, including complex reconstructive procedures.
-   Perform **shoulder arthroplasty**, including primary and revision procedures.
-   Manage sports injuries, degenerative conditions, trauma, and musculoskeletal disorders.
-   Conduct outpatient consultations, pre-operative assessments, and post-operative follow-up.
-   Collaborate with physiotherapists, radiologists, anesthesiologists, and other specialists.
-   Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with UAE healthcare standards.
-   Participate in multidisciplinary clinical discussions and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

## Requirements

### **Qualifications**

-   Medical degree with recognized **Orthopedic Surgery specialization**.
-   Relevant fellowship/subspecialty training in **Hand Surgery, Upper Limb Surgery, or Shoulder Surgery** preferred.
-   Significant post-specialization experience in orthopedic surgery.
-   Demonstrated expertise in **hand surgery and shoulder arthroplasty**.
-   Experience with complex and revision shoulder procedures is an advantage.
-   Eligible for **Consultant-level licensing in the UAE**.
-   Strong clinical, surgical, and communication skills.
-   Previous experience in a reputed hospital or tertiary-care setting preferred.
