## Description

Are you a Test Specialist with a passion for technology and a strong and numerical and international mindset? Would you like to use your skills in an international organization where quality, data and technology go hand in hand? Then you might be the colleague we are looking for.

As a Test Specialist at Keylane, you will work with our core pension platform called Plexus and play an important role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our solutions. You will contribute to optimizing the solution for existing customers as well as supporting implementations for new clients.

Your work will have a direct impact on the quality of our product. By combining your testing expertise with strong analytical skills, you will help ensure that we build the right solutions from the outset and identify and resolve defects early in the development process.

### Key about your role 

You will:

-   Perform regression testing of core pension functionality, including underlying calculations, across customers and products.
-   Investigate deviations and test results, analyse the underlying data and calculations, and provide clear and accurate insights that help the team identify root causes and resolve issues.
-   Test new features and functionality to ensure they meet both functional requirements and expected business outcomes.
-   Provide pension calculations and testing.
-   Identify opportunities to improve both our product and the way we test it.
-   Contribute ideas and initiatives related to test automation and the use of AI in testing.
-   Take an active role in our ongoing test improvement programme and help strengthen our overall approach to quality assurance.

### Key about your team 

You are part of our new Customer Support and Operation (CSO) department together with many driven and experienced colleagues. As a part of the CSO department, You will join the Release Management team, a group dedicated to ensuring the smooth delivery of our pension software releases to customers. The team is responsible for testing and verifying that each release is ready for deployment. You work in a team composed of various expertise (pension-related, actuarial, technical) in which you support our Product Development teams, project teams and the customers. You will work in a mixed team, i.e. with the local Dutch, Danish and Indian team, each with their own expertise.

## Requirements

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with complex systems, data and calculations and thrives on collaborating across international teams.

Ideally, you have:

-   An educational background in in math, IT or a related field.
-   At least +3 years experience in software testing or data analysis.
-   Experience with or knowledge of the pension industry – this is a strong advantage.
-   Experience with SQL or are comfortable working with databases and data analysis.
-   Have a hands-on mindset, take ownership and are comfortable driving tasks and issues forward.
-   Strong numerical and analytical skills, as many of the tasks involve working extensively with data and calculations. 
-   Communicate confidently in both Danish and English.
