### Responsibilities

-   Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms to enhance Nintex’s workflow automation platform.
-   Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI solutions into scalable production systems.
-   Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and methodologies to ensure innovative application.
-   Develop and maintain data pipelines and datasets necessary for training and validating AI models.
-   Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and resource efficiency.
-   Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI systems in collaboration with the engineering team.
-   Contribute to the documentation and knowledge sharing of AI development best practices within the team.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
-   Proven experience in developing and deploying AI and machine learning models in a production environment.
-   Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
-   Solid understanding of machine learning techniques including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
-   Experience with natural language processing, computer vision, or other AI application domains is highly desirable.
-   Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
-   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
