**Position Overview:**

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a hybrid role in a multi-specialty practice in the Bronx, NY. This position requires a minimum of two years of experience and offers the flexibility of working primarily remotely with one day on-site per week.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
-   Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities.
-   Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans.
-   Collaborate closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare providers within the multi-specialty practice.
-   Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
-   Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed.

## Requirements

**Qualifications:**

-   **Education:** Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
-   **Licensure:** Active New York State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) (Required). Must have active Medicaid and Medicare. Must be residing in the tri-state area.
-   **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
-   **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in psychosocial assessments, diagnosis, evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and electronic health records.
-   **Soft Skills:** Empathetic, culturally competent, excellent communication skills, strong boundaries, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
