## Description

**PRIOR MCA / BUSINESS FINANCE PROCESSING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**

HighRise Capital is seeking an experienced Funding & Processing Specialist to manage transactions from submission through funding.

This is **NOT an entry-level position.** Candidates MUST have previous hands-on experience processing MCA or business financing transactions. Candidates without relevant industry experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities

-   Process MCA and business financing transactions from submission through funding.
-   Review applications and deal packages for completeness.
-   Collect and organize bank statements, identification, voided checks, tax returns, and other required documents.
-   Package files for underwriting.
-   Submit deals to funding partners.
-   Track approvals, declines, and outstanding stipulations.
-   Communicate stipulations to the sales team and obtain missing documentation.
-   Work directly with underwriters and funding partners.
-   Coordinate contracts and closing documents.
-   Review executed contracts for completeness.
-   Coordinate funding calls and verification requirements.
-   Track transactions through final funding.
-   Maintain accurate deal statuses within the CRM.
-   Manage multiple active transactions simultaneously.
-   Provide management and sales representatives with updates on pending deals.
-   Identify problems that could delay funding and work quickly to resolve them.

## Requirements

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Applicants MUST have prior professional experience in MCA, alternative business lending, or commercial finance processing.

We are specifically looking for someone who already understands:

-   MCA deal processing
-   Submitting deals to funders
-   Underwriting stipulations
-   Bank statement requirements
-   Funding documentation
-   Contracts
-   Funding calls and verifications
-   Working with brokers, funders, and underwriters
-   Managing deals from submission through funding

We are not looking to train someone from the ground up. You should be able to step into the position with an existing understanding of the MCA/business finance funding process.

Qualifications

-   Previous MCA/business finance processing experience — **REQUIRED**
-   Strong knowledge of the deal submission and funding process
-   Excellent organizational skills
-   Strong attention to detail
-   Ability to manage a large pipeline of active transactions
-   Excellent written and verbal communication
-   Comfortable working in a fast-paced financial sales environment
-   CRM experience
-   Ability to work effectively with sales representatives, underwriters, funders, and business owners

Performance Expectations

Performance will be measured by deal turnaround time, file accuracy, stipulation turnaround, funded transactions, deal fallout, and overall pipeline management.
