Key Responsibilities:

-   **Business Development**: Identify and acquire new local and international cargo accounts to drive volume.
-   **Space Utilization:** Plan and implement sales activities to maximize cargo capacity on flights and meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
-   **Rate Negotiation:** Analyze market trends, prepare competitive quotations, and negotiate freight rates with clients and overseas agents.
-   **Team Leadership:** Mentor and support sales representatives, providing guidance and performance feedback.
-   **Cross-functional Coordination:** Liaise with the operations, pricing, and customer service departments to ensure shipments are handled efficiently from origin to destination.

## Requirements

Qualifications:

-   **Experience:** Typically 5+ years in the freight forwarding or air cargo industry, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
-   **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
-   **Industry Knowledge:** In-depth understanding of global forwarding, Incoterms, and customs procedures.
-   **Soft Skills:** Exceptional commercial acumen, high-level negotiation skills, and strong proficiency in English for international communication.
-   **Work Location:** Willing to be based in Bali
