We are looking for a Controlling Manager at [Euronet EFT Segment](https://www.linkedin.com/company/euronet-eft/) who is responsible for end-to-end financial controlling and business support activities, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, effective decision support, and achievement of business objectives. The role combines strategic and operational responsibilities: acting as a business partner to management while maintaining a strong control environment.

**How You’ll Make an Impact:**

_Business Partnership and Decision Support_

-   Proactive business partnership with Country Managers and functional leaders
-   Preparation of financial analyses and business recommendations with a strong bottom-line focus
-   Financial evaluation of business initiatives and support of investment decisions
-   Close collaboration with regional and local leadership teams to drive shared objectives

_Financial Controlling and Reporting_

-   Regular analysis and interpretation of P&L and key performance indicators (KPIs)
-   Ensuring accuracy, reliability and integrity of financial reports
-   Identification and assessment of financial risks with mitigation recommendations
-   Implementation and enforcement of financial policies and internal controls

_Planning and Forecasting_

-   Preparation and submission of an 18-month rolling forecast
-   Oversight of monthly closing and reporting processes
-   Analysis of forecast vs. actual variances and initiation of corrective actions
-   Preparation of ad hoc reports and analyses

_People Management_

-   Leadership, development and motivation of the finance team
-   Ensuring appropriate competencies and resource levels

**What Makes You a Great Fit:**

-   Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
-   Professional Knowledge: Strong background in Finance / Controlling; FP&A experience preferred
-   Experience: 8–10 years of finance experience in a multinational environment
-   Leadership: 3–5 years of people or team leadership experience
-   Languages: Advanced English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
-   IT Skills: Advanced Excel; BI tools (Power BI) advantageous
-   Other Competencies: Strong analytical skills, business acumen, communication, proactive mindset
