## Description

We are seeking an **HR Specialist** with **3+ years of experience** in Human Resources to join our team in **Dhahran, Saudi Arabia**. The role involves supporting and managing key HR functions, including recruitment, HR operations, employee development, KPI tracking, and personnel administration. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient HR processes and support organizational objectives.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-   Minimum GPA of **3.40/4.00**.
-   Minimum **3 years of experience** as an HR Specialist.
-   Previous experience in maintenance and operations projects is preferred.
-   Experience in Human Resource Development (HRD).
-   Experience tracking KPIs and supporting recruitment processes.
-   Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
-   Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
-   Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
