## Description

Role Overview

AccessFintech is looking to hire a student for a part-time NOC / Operations Support position, based at our Ramat Gan office (Stock Exchange area). The role includes rotating shifts, including nights and holidays, supporting live production monitoring outside standard business hours.

Responsibilities

●      Actively monitor our microservices-based application using a range of monitoring and logging tools.

●      Proactively communicate on service and infrastructure health, impacts, escalations, and other critical analysis.

●      Respond to events raised by monitoring tools, working toward restoration of service.

●      Act as the first point of contact for support, serving as a hub to escalate and communicate with other technical groups and management.

●      Manage incidents and trigger on-call policies as needed.

●      Add to and improve documentation associated with monitoring and procedures.

●      Provide first-aid and initial troubleshooting on new or recurring issues.

●      Work closely with the Development, Operations, and Client Services teams.

●      Act as first responder to incidents — driving resolution, communicating with relevant teams, and documenting outcomes.

## Requirements

Completed a SQL course, with basic working knowledge of SQL.

●      Completed a networking-related course, with basic understanding of networking concepts.

●      Good English communication skills (spoken and written) — occasional contact with colleagues abroad.

●      Ability to commit to rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

●      Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures and escalation processes.

●      Clear, methodical communication — able to document issues and hand over information accurately between shifts.

●      Comfortable working independently and staying alert during quiet or overnight shifts.

●      Enrolled in a relevant degree (Computer Science, Industrial Engineering & Management, Software Engineering, or Information Systems Engineering) at a college or university in the Central region or Sharon area, with at least 2 years of study remaining.

●      Mobile with a car, or able to reach the Ramat Gan Stock Exchange office on foot, scooter, or e-bike (required for night/holiday shifts when public transport isn't running).

Nice to Have

●      Prior experience monitoring production systems, applications, or IT infrastructure.

●      Familiarity with monitoring or logging tools (e.g. Grafana, Datadog, ELK, or similar).

●      Previous experience in a NOC, helpdesk, or technical support environment.

●      Coursework or exposure to microservices architecture or distributed systems.

●      Experience working in a fast-paced, incident-driven environment.

●      Interest in fintech, capital markets, or post-trade operations.
