**Food Production Associate**  
**Location:** Lancaster, NY  
**Pay:** $16.00 per hour  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Parallel Employment Group in partnership with a customer are seeking dependable and hardworking **Food Production Associates** to join our production team in Lancaster, NY. This is a first-shift opportunity with consistent daytime hours in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Prepare, package, and inspect food products
-   Maintain quality and food safety standards
-   Operate production equipment safely
-   Keep work areas clean and organized
-   Follow all company policies and safety procedures
-   Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

**What We Offer:**

## Requirements

-   Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
-   Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
-   Reliable attendance and punctuality
-   Steel-toe work boots are required
-   Previous food production or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
