**This role is for one of the Weekday's clients**

**Salary range: Rs 800000 - Rs 1500000 (ie INR 8 - 15 LPA)**

Min Experience: 5+ years

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India  
JobType: full-time

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Oversee financial reporting and month-end/year-end close.
-   Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
-   Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
-   Ensure compliance with internal controls, audits, and statutory requirements.
-   Lead accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
-   Review balance sheet reconciliations and financial accuracy.
-   Drive process improvements and financial automation initiatives.
-   Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.
-   Monitor key financial KPIs and business performance.
-   Lead and mentor the accounting team.
