## Description

We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic **Associate Software Engineers** to join our team. This role is ideal for **fresh graduates or individuals with up to 6 months of experience** who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to real-world projects.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Develop, maintain, and optimize web and mobile applications across multiple stacks.
-   Apply **core CS concepts** including OOP, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns to build scalable and maintainable solutions.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and improve features.
-   Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
-   Work with **SQL and NoSQL databases** for data storage and retrieval.
-   Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance and code efficiency.
-   Actively participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
-   Continuously learn and implement new technologies to improve product quality

## Requirements

**Education**

-   Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science**, **Software Engineering**, or a related field.

**Technical Skills**

-   Strong understanding of **OOP**, **data structures**, and **algorithms**.
-   Excellent **problem-solving and analytical skills**; ability to break down complex problems and find effective solutions.
-   Knowledge of **SQL/NoSQL databases**.
-   Familiarity with **software development best practices**.
-   Exposure to the following technology stack is preferred:

1.  **Node.js**
2.  **React.js**
3.  **MERN Stack**
4.  **Nest.js**
5.  **Next.js**

**Soft Skills**
