We're looking for a talented **Senior Chef de Partie** to join our professional kitchen brigade at the **Copthorne Hotel Newcastle**. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious chef who enjoys delivering high-quality dishes, supporting junior team members, and developing their skills within a leading international hotel group.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Prepare and organise mise en place for service.
-   Deliver exceptional food for restaurant and banqueting operations.
-   Support, coach and develop junior chefs within the brigade.
-   Maintain outstanding standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene.

### What We're Looking For

-   Experience as a **Chef de Partie**, ideally within a hotel environment.
-   Strong culinary skills and a passion for quality food.
-   Ability to perform under pressure in a busy kitchen.
-   Excellent attention to detail and a positive, team-focused attitude.
-   Food Hygiene or Professional Cookery qualifications are desirable.
