### Part-Time Pediatric Caregiver

**Sedalia, MO | Part-Time | Weekend Hours | $17/Hour**

Phoenix Home Care is hiring a **Part-Time Caregiver** to provide one-on-one support for a school-age pediatric client. This position includes **weekend hours** and is a great opportunity for a caregiver with experience in **direct support or working with children with autism**.

This role provides hands-on support with the client's individual needs, routines, activities, and supervision. By providing dependable care, you will also give the client's guardians valuable time to **recharge, run errands, or simply take a much-needed break**.

### Caregiver Responsibilities

-   Provide direct support and supervision
-   Assist with daily routines, activities, and personal needs
-   Provide companionship and positive interaction
-   Support the client's individual needs and routines
-   Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment
-   Provide dependable care that allows guardians time away from caregiving responsibilities

### Qualifications

-   At least 18 years old
-   **Prior direct support care experience preferred**
-   **Experience working with children with autism is helpful**
-   Compassionate, patient, and dependable
-   Strong work ethic and positive attitude
-   Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
-   Ability to pass a background check and drug test
