## Description

**Job Summary:**

The Business Development Manager (BDM), based in Sweden, drives the organisation's business development strategies, enhances its current portfolio, and explores new business opportunities. He/She efficiently executes business strategies that are in line with organisational objectives.

**What You Will Do:**   

·        Grow pipeline of prospects in the areas of Investmentsoftware by networking, cold calling, advertising, or other means of generating interest from potential clients.

·        Work closely with the marketing team to form a plan and deploy actions to meet the set targets

·        Develop tender documents, client presentations and answer RFP’s

·        Report to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and other stakeholders on the progress of the work.

·        Identify opportunities in existing relationships to maximize revenue generation.

·        Negotiate agreements with new clients and periodically re-negotiates existing contracts.

·        Monitor, reports and evaluate competitive actions.

·        Collaborate well with other members of the commercial, product and delivery team, in order to optimize the commercial roadmaps

·        Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction within accounts assigned.

## Requirements

**What You Will Bring to the table:**

-   ·        University degree in a relevant field.
-   ·        4 – 9 years of successful software solutions sales in the segments of Banking and Wealth Management in local and/ or international markets.
-   ·        Domain knowledge within Investment Software
-   ·        Ability to work as part of an international team with close cooperation and  
    interaction.
-   ·        Proven track record of reaching goals and work well in teams.
-   ·        Excellent command of both written and oral communication of English Language
-   ·        Proven capability to develop trust and lasting relationships with clients, with effective problem-solving skills and ability to present innovative solutions to client needs.
