## Description

**Salary: R23 000 – R25 000 per month**

Remote Recruitment is hiring a **Telesales Representative** for our UK-based clients. This is a fully remote position offering South African professionals an excellent opportunity to work with leading UK employers from home. You will work UK business hours and join a supportive, fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities

-   Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products and services
-   Identify customer needs and match them to appropriate solutions
-   Meet and exceed daily and monthly call and conversion targets
-   Maintain accurate CRM records of calls and outcomes
-   Build rapport with prospects to nurture long-term client relationships

Requirements

-   1+ year of telesales or outbound calling experience
-   Clear, confident telephone manner with strong persuasion skills
-   Familiarity with CRM systems for logging call activity
-   Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from home
-   Target-driven mindset with resilience to handle rejection
