### What You'll Do Every Day (The Daily Vibe)

-   **Be the Customer Hero:** Support Dutch-speaking customers empathetically and professionally via phone, chat, webforms, and social media regarding their device protection plans.
-   **Manage Smart Claims Processing:** File new claims for high-end electronics, check the status of existing cases, and smoothly coordinate repairs or replacements for items like laptops, cameras, and TVs.
-   **Deliver Solution-Oriented Service:** Explain complex insurance concepts in plain, easy-to-understand language while always prioritizing customer trust and empathy.
-   **Multitask Like a Pro:** Log case notes precisely in top-tier CRM platforms (like Salesforce) while navigating multiple specialized applications in real-time.

## Requirements

-   **Language Skills:** Native or C1-level fluency in Dutch, paired with a solid working command of English for your training modules and system navigation.
-   **Tech Comfort:** Solid basic PC skills (Windows, Android, Chrome, MS Office) and a steady typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
-   **Mindset:** Significantly advanced communication skills, great active listening, and a calm, professional approach when dealing with challenging interactions.
-   **Education:** Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
