## Description

-   As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
-   You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
-   You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams,and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
-   Expert proficiency in Adobe Campaign Classic is required.
-   Expert proficiency in Application Remediation is recommended. Expert proficiency in Engineering Support is suggested.
-   Analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement.
-   Develop and implement strategies to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications.
-   Provide training and support to team members on best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
-   Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
