## Description

As VP – Sales, you will own the  revenue charter for our Voice AI business across Banks and BFSI.

This is an IC-led role, focused on building pipeline, leveraging your BFSI network and closing strategic enterprise deals. As the business scales, you will transition into building and leading the sales organisation.

A strong BFSI rolodex specially in top Banks in India is critical - established CXO-level relationships across leading banks and BFSI institutions, with the ability to turn those relationships into qualified opportunities and revenue.

### What You Will Own

-   Revenue: Own and deliver the annual revenue target, with typical deal sizes of ₹50L–₹2 Cr+.
-   Pipeline & Growth: Build a high-quality BFSI especially banks pipeline through your network, outbound sales and strategic account development.
-   Enterprise Deals: Personally lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals from first conversation to closure.
-   BFSI Relationships: Build and deepen relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders across banks, NBFCs, insurance and other BFSI institutions.
-   Deal Strategy & Forecasting: Drive rigorous pipeline management, deal qualification, forecasting and conversion.
-   Sales Execution: Navigate BFSI procurement, security, compliance, empanelment and commercial processes to close.
-   Market Strategy: Identify high-potential use cases, accounts and market opportunities for Voice AI.

## Requirements

### What You'll Bring

-   12–18 years of B2B enterprise sales experience with a strong record of delivering revenue targets.
-   Proven experience selling SaaS, AI or enterprise technology solutions.
-   Strong BFSI rolodex especially in top banks in India: established CXO-level relationships across major banks/BFSI institutions and the ability to open doors quickly. Strong connects amongst decision makers to drive deals end to end
-   Track record of closing ₹50L–₹2 Cr+ enterprise deals with complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes.
-   Deep understanding of BFSI procurement, security, compliance and vendor empanelment.
-   Strong analytical skills across pipeline, forecasting, deal strategy and sales metrics.
-   Exceptional executive presence, commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
-   Builder mindset: comfortable being an individual contributor, carrying a personal quota and operating with high autonomy before building a team.
-   Willingness to travel extensively across Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi and other key BFSI markets.
