## Description

On behalf of our client, we are looking for the next **Spanish speaker Customer Service Representative** to join their team in their offices in **Athens**. Are you a problem-solver with good communication skills?

As a **Spanish Customer Service Representative** you will:

-   Identify and assess customers’ needs
-   Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools
-   Meet personal/customer service team targets
-   Keep records of customer interactions, comments and complaints
-   Communicate promptly, professionally and effectively with customers, utilizing all communication methods – including email, phone and webchat
-   Ensure that incidents are resolved in a timely manner to meet defined departmental service level targets
-   Enhance customer experience by gathering customer feedback and share with the Product teams

## Requirements

-   **Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written) is a must- have**
-   **Fluency in Greek is nice-to- have**
-   Experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar CS role is appreciated
-   Familiarity with the gaming industry is a plus
-   Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
-   Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and prioritize work
-   Computer literacy
-   Flexibility to work on shift rotation
