## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for dedicated Polish-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a leading insurance company in Greece. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to Polish-speaking clients, helping them navigate insurance products, claims, and policy inquiries with professionalism and care.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide professional customer support to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding insurance products, claims, and policy details.
-   Assist customers in understanding coverage, processing claims, and resolving issues promptly and accurately.
-   Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient handling of customer requests and complex cases.
-   Stay informed about insurance products, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
-   Provide feedback to improve customer service procedures and client satisfaction.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Polish (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous.
-   Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
-   Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
-   Familiarity with CRM systems and digital support tools.
-   Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
