## Description

**Founder's Associate – Fundraising, Finance & Strategy**

  

Our client is hiring for a Founder's Associate to work directly with the founders at a fast-growing AI fintech in Munich.

This is an opportunity for someone with a **background in investment banking, strategy consulting, VC, or a high-growth start-up** who wants to move beyond advising businesses and start building one from the inside.

  

**Initial focus will be on:**

-   _Fundraising_: Building the equity story, investor deck, financial model, and investor pipeline.
-   _Finance & Analytics_: Owning SaaS KPIs, unit economics, and financial reporting.
-   I_SO 27001 & Compliance_: Driving the certification process and strengthening enterprise readiness.
-   _Founder's Office_: Taking ownership of strategic projects across operations, growth, and business development.

  

**Requirements:**

-   A degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, ideally at Master's level.
-   1–3 years of experience in investment banking, Tier 1 strategy consulting, VC, or a high-growth start-up.
-   Strong corporate finance fundamentals, including valuation, financial modelling, and transaction dynamics.
-   Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex topics clearly.
-   A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
-   **Fluent German and business-fluent English**.
-   Experience with fundraising, due diligence, ISO 27001, SaaS metrics, or automation tools is a plus.
