## Description

OWT is a strategy and technology consulting firm. We partner with Anthropic behind Alpha Factory, Switzerland's first centre of excellence for human-centered AI adoption.

We are strengthening our team of experts and looking for a passionate Senior Digital Consultant to drive transformation across leading Swiss organizations, based in either our Lausanne or Geneva office of your choosing.

### **Your mission:**

-   Lead the implementation of complex digital projects, coordinating internal and external teams (developers, designers, business analysts, partners)
-   Drive all project phases, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
-   Mentor, coach, and guide the delivery team (including 3rd parties) throughout the project lifecycle
-   Stay up to date on technology and market trends and promote innovation
-   Socialize important decisions and trends, acting as an evangelist
-   Support our clients in their digital transformation, from defining their digital strategy through business process redesign, all the way to the design, development, and deployment of tailored solutions
-   Foster innovation, both internally and at our clients, and promote the use of AI across projects
-   Contribute to business development opportunities, sales, and client relationship management

## Requirements

-   A minimum of 4 years of experience in large-scale digital project management and digital strategy
-   A Master's degree from a leading European university (EPFL, ETH, HEC, etc.), preferably in computer science, business, or a scientific or technical field
-   Excellent analytical and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders, from top management to operational teams
-   Expertise balancing strategic and tactical requirements
-   Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or HERMES certifications are highly valued
-   A strong interest in information systems, innovation, AI, and emerging technologies
-   Fluency in French and English (minimum C1 level); German is a plus
