**O’Hagan Meyer** is seeking an **Associate Attorney** with at least one year of litigation experience to join our **Portland, OR** office. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse variety of commercial litigation matters including professional liability, premises liability, products liability, real estate disputes, business litigation, and construction litigation. You will tackle cutting-edge legal issues, collaborate with clients in a broad array of industries, and gain meaningful courtroom and case handling experience, all in a culture that values mentorship, flexibility, and long-term growth.

## Requirements

-   1+ year of civil litigation experience with exposure to premises liability, products liability, real estate, environmental disputes, insurance, and/or general construction litigation.
-   Strong writing, research, and analytical skills, complemented by excellent academic credentials.
-   Highly motivated individuals who demonstrate initiative and can assume responsibility for handling matters within a busy national practice.
-   Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with a team-oriented legal environment.
-   Licensed to practice law and in good standing in Oregon.

**Salary Range:** $120,000 to $190,000
