## Description

A family based in Coppet, Vaud is looking for an experienced and caring **Night Nurse** to support them with the care of their 4-week-old baby.

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone with strong newborn experience who enjoys providing calm, attentive overnight care while helping both baby and parents get the rest they need. The family speaks both **English and French**, so fluency in either language is welcomed.

The Night Nurse will stay in the baby's nursery throughout the night, where a bed will be provided.

**Location:** Founex, Vaud, Switzerland

**Schedule:** Monday to Friday (9:00 am to 8:30 pm, with a 2-hour break at midday)

**Start date:** ASAP

**Responsibilities:**

-   Provide attentive overnight care for a 4-week-old baby.
-   Attend to feeding, settling, changing and comforting the baby throughout the night.
-   Monitor the baby's wellbeing and follow the parents' preferred routines.
-   Keep the nursery clean, tidy and organised.
-   Maintain clear communication with the parents regarding the baby's night.

## Requirements

-   Previous professional experience caring for newborns as a Night Nurse, Maternity Nurse, or Neonatal Nurse.
-   Calm, nurturing, and reliable with excellent newborn care knowledge.
-   Able to work independently during overnight hours.
-   Fluent in English and/or French.
-   First Aid certification is advantageous.
-   Excellent references.
-   Valid Swiss / EU Passport or Swiss Work Permit.
