Are you an experienced warehouse leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Grand Furniture & Ashley is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, lead warehouse teams, drive productivity, and ensure exceptional customer service.

### **What You'll Do**

-   Lead and develop warehouse supervisors and warehouse associates
-   Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, and product flow
-   Ensure accurate inventory management and warehouse organization
-   Drive productivity, quality, and customer service standards
-   Monitor warehouse performance and identify process improvements
-   Manage staffing, scheduling, coaching, and performance management
-   Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork
-   Conduct team meetings and communicate company goals and expectations
-   Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards
-   Collaborate with operations leadership to achieve business objectives

## Requirements

### **What We're Looking For**

-   3+ years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience
-   Experience managing teams in a distribution, logistics, or warehouse environment
-   Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills
-   Experience with inventory management systems and warehouse operations
-   Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and solve problems effectively
-   Strong communication and customer service skills
-   Forklift experience preferred

### **Physical Requirements**

-   Ability to lift, push, and pull merchandise with or without reasonable accommodation
-   Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and climb throughout the workday
-   Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
