**About the role**

An exciting opportunity has opened up in the **Wealth Risk Team.** In the role, the successful candidate will:

-   Perform Assurance monitoring and assessments across financial services, advice, client services.
-   The key responsibility is to perform monitoring of AML practices and onboarding processes within Davys. Applicant should be familiar with AML regulation and have the relevant knowledge and experience to ensure such is applied with Davy.
-   Collate and review large amounts of data to identify trends and findings.
-   Present reports and report findings arising from assurance activities to a wide variety of audiences.
-   Update data to create and present assurance risk reports on a monthly basis.
-   Work with stakeholders to identify resolutions to complex issues across the Wealth Management department and provide oversight of resolutions

## Requirements

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.

-   Applicant should be comfortable performing excel functions such as V-Lookup and basic equations.

-   Applicant should be comfortable collating data and using data to create and edit graphs on powerpoint.
-   Strong interest in the topic of Wealth Management.

-   Applicant should have an interest in the topic of wealth management and be eager to improve and develop their knowledge in this topic.

Good Communication Skills:

-   Applicant should have professional experience of communicating with stakeholders and building professional relationships across a business.
-   Applicant should feel confident to make presentations of their work and engage in broader discussion of topics relevant to the team.
-   Applicant should have professional experience in Risk & Assurance.

Strong set of skills around quality assurance

-   Applicant should have strong planning skills and background in project management would be beneficial.

Applicant should be familiar with MiFID 2 and key financial regulation documents.

-   Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Financial Service or Wealth Management.
-   Applicant should have an understanding of trade processes and be prepared to evaluate such processes.
-   Familiarity with topics including ‘Suitability’, ‘Advice’ and an understanding of Client Profiles.

Experience working with AML and Onboarding processes.

-   Applicant should have a professional level knowledge and professional experience working with AML regulation and onboarding processes.
