BOUSSIAS is looking for a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our creative team. If you have a few years of experience, a strong eye for detail and the ability to turn briefs into engaging visual content, we'd love to hear from you!

**The Role**

As a Graphic Designer at BOUSSIAS, you'll contribute to the visual identity and communication of our events, brands and campaigns. Working across a variety of print and digital projects, you'll have the opportunity to bring creative ideas to life in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

**What You'll Do**

-   Create digital materials, including banners, social media posts and promotional content.
-   Develop layouts and visual concepts that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
-   Collaborate with the Creative Director and the wider team to deliver high-quality design solutions.
-   Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
-   Take ownership of assigned tasks, contribute ideas and continuously improve the quality of your work.

**What We're Looking For**

-   2–4 years of experience in graphic design or a similar role.
-   Good command of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
-   A strong understanding of typography, layout, colour and visual hierarchy.
-   A portfolio demonstrating your design skills, creativity and attention to detail.
-   The ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines.
-   A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and motivation to take on new challenges.
-   Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
