## Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized **HR Supervisor** to join our school community. The successful candidate will oversee daily HR operations, support staff and management, ensure compliance with school policies and labor regulations, and contribute to creating a positive and professional working environment.

The ideal candidate will have **5–7 years of relevant HR experience**, preferably within a school, educational institution, or similar organization.

Job Location: Soma Bay, Hurghada

### Key Responsibilities

-   Supervise and manage day-to-day HR operations for teaching and non-teaching staff.
-   Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, attendance, leave, performance, and offboarding.
-   Coordinate recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, CV screening, interviews, and reference checks.
-   Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
-   Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, leave, and absenteeism in accordance with school policies.
-   Ensure compliance with school policies, employment regulations, and applicable labor laws.
-   Support the implementation and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
-   Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially.
-   Assist with performance management, appraisals, disciplinary procedures, and staff development.
-   Prepare HR reports, staff statistics, attendance reports, and other required documentation.
-   Coordinate with school leadership and department heads regarding staffing and employee-related matters.
-   Support staff engagement, welfare, and retention initiatives.
-   Ensure all HR information is handled with a high level of confidentiality.
-   Stay updated on HR best practices and relevant employment regulations.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in human resources**, Business Administration, Management, or a related field**.
-   **5–7 years of progressive HR experience**, preferably in a school or educational environment.
-   Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
-   Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
-   Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
-   Excellent written and spoken English.
-   Ability to work effectively with teachers, staff, school leadership, and other stakeholders.
