## Description

**About the Role**

We are looking for a motivated IT Trainee to join our team through the Tamheer program. This opportunity is designed for fresh graduates who are looking to gain practical experience and develop their technical skills in a professional work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Assist with day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting.
-   Support employees with basic hardware and software issues.
-   Assist with laptop and system setup for new employees.
-   Support user access and account-related requests.
-   Assist with IT inventory and equipment tracking.
-   Help the IT team with daily operations and ongoing projects.
-   Escalate technical issues to the relevant team when needed.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

-   Eligible for the Tamheer program.

-   Fresh graduate with an interest in IT and technical support.

-   Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking.

-   Good communication and problem-solving skills.

-   Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.

-   Good command of English.
