**Caringhand Home Health Solutions Inc.** is seeking an experienced and dedicated **Clinical Supervisor (RN)** to join our team. The Clinical Supervisor will oversee and support the delivery of quality home health services while providing guidance and supervision to clinical staff. We are looking for a **strong clinical leader** who is organized, dependable, and passionate about providing high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working collaboratively with clinicians, physicians, patients, and families while ensuring that care is coordinated and delivered appropriately.

Please note that this role is full time with a rate of $110k to $130k annual salary.**

### Responsibilities

-   Receive and review patient referrals and determine appropriate home care needs and disciplines required.
-   Assign appropriate clinicians to patient cases.
-   Review and evaluate patient cases, clinical services, and documentation to ensure quality care.
-   Provide guidance and support to clinicians to promote effective performance and quality patient care.
-   Review patients' diagnoses, medications, procedures, and clinical progress.
-   Assist clinicians with establishing therapeutic goals, setting priorities, and developing individualized plans of care.
-   Participate in case conferences and facilitate coordination of care among team members.
-   Conduct quarterly clinical record reviews and communicate findings and recommendations to leadership.
-   Assist with the screening and interviewing of new clinical personnel and provide recommendations for employment.
-   Assist with the orientation and onboarding of new clinical staff.
-   Support the planning and implementation of in-service and continuing education programs.
-   Assist with the development, revision, and implementation of policies and procedures.
-   Promote excellent customer service and a positive patient-care experience.
-   Participate in community and public relations activities.
-   Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinical Director.

## Requirements

-   Current California RN license in good standing.
-   Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
-   BSN preferred.
-   Minimum of 2 years of management or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting; home health experience preferred.
-   Current CPR certification from AHA.
-   Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills.
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-   Ability to effectively supervise, guide, and collaborate with clinical staff.
