## Description

The Production Coordinator keeps our fabrication shop running smoothly and organized. This person is the connective tissue between the shop floor, project management, and the field — making sure the right materials, information, and timelines are in place so production stays on track. If you like bringing order to a busy shop and being the person who knows where every project stands, this role is for you.

-   Coordinate daily shop production and workflow
-   Serve as the communication point between Project Managers, Foremen, and the shop
-   Maintain accurate inventory and flag shortages before they cause delays
-   Prepare and manage cut sheets for fabrication
-   Perform data entry for spool numbers and track projects through completion
-   Monitor project start and end dates to keep production aligned with schedules
-   Oversee overall shop organization and management

## Requirements

-   Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-   Comfortable with data entry and basic computer/software use
-   Ability to read and understand fabrication documents (cut sheets, spool drawings) or willingness to learn
-   Clear communicator who can coordinate across office and shop teams
-   Prior experience in a fabrication shop, mechanical/construction, or production environment preferred
