**Title: Business Systems Analyst – CRM with Sales force Commerce Cloud**

**Location – Remote Work - EST/CST**

**Type : Full-Time**

**Salary : $Market (Best Possible)**

**Related Experience: MANDATORY**

 **At least 3 years’ experience in the Medical Device industry or medical field, with specific experience in establishing and driving continuous improvement of CRM, ecommerce, and portal systems in a regulated environment.**

## Requirements

**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Certifications/Licenses, and Affiliations**:

-   Experience with CRM system design, validation, training, and change management (Salesforce administrator experience preferred)
-   **Experience with experience platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud) - MANDATORY**
-   Experience with IT ticketing system for stakeholder management of system issues and requests
-   Experience designing and supporting digital portals (customer, partner, or employee-facing)
-   Familiarity with analytics
-   Ability to translate technical information for diverse audiences (technical to non-technical and vice versa)
-   **Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills**
-   Project management capabilities (Atlassian JIRA & Confluence experience a plus)
-   **Experience with integration of ecommerce, portal, and CRM systems**
-   **At least 3 years’ experience in the Medical Device industry or medical field**
