## Description

**Job Summary:  
**We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cybersecurity Engineer to join our growing security team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals passionate about cybersecurity. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to explore and grow in various domains including Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Penetration Testing, and Security Operations Center (SOC) activities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

 Depending on the track assigned, responsibilities may include:

**GRC Track:**

-   Assist in developing and maintaining cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.
-   Support risk assessments and compliance audits (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, ECC).
-   Help track remediation efforts and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.

**Penetration Testing Track:**

-   Participate in vulnerability assessments and penetration testing of networks, applications, and systems.
-   Document findings and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
-   Stay updated with the latest exploits, tools, and techniques.

**SOC Track:**

-   Monitor security alerts and events using SIEM tools.
-   Assist in incident response and investigation.
-   Perform log analysis and threat hunting under supervision.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.

-   Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, tools, and frameworks.
-   Familiarity with networking, operating systems, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Excellent written and verbal communication.

**Preferred Skills:**

-   Internships or academic projects in cybersecurity.
-   Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, or equivalent.
-   Exposure to tools like Wireshark, Nessus, Burp Suite, or Splunk.
