**Licensed Practical Nurse - Long Term Care (LPN-LTC)**

**Flexible Full-Time / Part-Time Positions**

**Location: Waterloo, NY**

**Competitive pay rates starting at $28/hr**

WorkFit Medical Staffing is seeking compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to provide quality nursing care in long-term care facilities. This role offers the opportunity to work flexible schedules including full-time, part-time, or per diem shifts across various facilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Deliver comprehensive nursing care to residents in long-term care settings.
-   Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with daily living activities.
-   Document and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
-   Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.

## Requirements

-   Current and valid New York State LPN license.
-   Minimum 1 year experience in long-term care nursing.
-   Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
-   Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a healthcare team.
