As a Finnish Player Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our Finnish-speaking players, assisting them with their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring they have an exceptional gaming experience. ### Your Key Responsibilities

-   Deliver outstanding support to Finnish-speaking players through various communication channels, including chat, email, and forums.
-   Efficiently troubleshoot player issues and resolve queries to maximize player satisfaction.
-   Collect and analyze player feedback to inform improvements in our gaming services and products.
-   Maintain accurate records of player interactions in our support systems.
-   Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and enhance problem-solving.
-   Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for player support.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Finnish is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
-   A strong passion for gaming with an understanding of the latest gaming trends and communities.
-   Prior experience in customer support or a related gaming position is advantageous but not mandatory.
-   Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage players effectively.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to resolving player issues.
-   A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
