## Description

### **Position Summary:**

As an **Assistant General Manager** at Arby’s, you will support the General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations. You’ll help ensure high standards of food quality, guest service, and team performance. This is a hands-on leadership role with the opportunity to grow into a General Manager position.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

-   Assist the General Manager in running all aspects of the restaurant
-   Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest service
-   Help manage staffing, training, and employee development
-   Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety standards
-   Support inventory control, cost management, and labor scheduling
-   Monitor and manage shift performance and resolve issues quickly
-   Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and operating efficiently
-   Step into the General Manager’s role in their absence

### **Qualifications:**

-   High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus)
-   1–2 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred
-   Strong leadership and communication skills
-   Ability to lead by example and inspire team members
-   Solid understanding of customer service, food safety, and restaurant operations
-   Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
-   ServSafe certification preferred or willingness to obtain
