This position offers a chance to work with a leading automotive company, providing top-notch service and support to German-speaking customers.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Deliver exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with inquiries regarding automotive products, services, and technical support.
-   Provide information on vehicle specifications, warranty details, and available financing options.
-   Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism and a focus on resolution.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical issues effectively.
-   Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s automotive offerings and industry trends.
-   Document all customer interactions accurately and contribute to service improvement initiatives.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
-   Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
-   Familiarity with automotive products and customer service software.
-   Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
-   A team player with a proactive approach to customer service.
