## Description

Creative Chaos is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Trainee to join our dynamic Talent team. As a Recruitment Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process and learn about various HR functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in human resources and recruitment.

### Responsibilities

-   Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and shortlisting candidates.
-   Help schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
-   Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company.
-   Support the development of job descriptions and advertisements.
-   Maintain candidate databases and update records in the Applicant Tracking System.
-   Prepare reports on recruitment metrics and activities.

## Requirements

-   Bachelors in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-   Strong interest in recruitment and human resources.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
-   Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-   Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
-   Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
