📍 Location: Dubai

We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified **Consultant Nephrologist** to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide specialized care for patients with kidney and renal-related conditions and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary medical teams.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Diagnose, evaluate, and manage patients with acute and chronic kidney diseases.
-   Provide consultation and treatment for complex renal conditions.
-   Manage patients with hypertension, electrolyte disorders, and renal complications.
-   Assess and manage patients requiring dialysis and other renal replacement therapies.
-   Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis where applicable.
-   Coordinate care with urologists, transplant teams, intensivists, surgeons, and other specialists.
-   Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor clinical outcomes.
-   Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and case discussions.
-   Provide patient and family education regarding renal conditions, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.
-   Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
-   Participate in quality-improvement, clinical audit, and continuing medical education activities.

## Requirements

### **Qualifications**

-   Medical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
-   Recognized postgraduate qualification in **Nephrology** or an equivalent specialty.
-   Relevant post-specialization clinical experience as required under UAE PQR guidelines.
-   Valid professional license/eligibility or eligibility to obtain **DHA licensing** in Dubai.
-   Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and decision-making skills.
-   Experience managing complex renal and dialysis patients.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
